Here's a poetry I've just written.. just for fun. ^_^

~The True Nature of A Vampire~

Look at you
Blooming outside my window,
radiating pure beauty,
smiling, as if sunshine is on your face.
You are all sweet and innocent,
a true definition of a fair maiden.

Tempting you is easy.
You're so naive you believe everything I say
as I caress your ear
with whispers of sweet nothing,
promises of eternal bliss.

Luring you is so easy.
Once you are blinded by dreams and illusions
I weave before your eyes,
You pay no heed to all the warnings.

The night wears on and
you care not, as I steal away
the very essence of your life,
indulging myself with the warmth
of being alive.

You have no doubt even the slightest
when I pull you down into the darkness..
You voluntarily surrender everything,
letting yourself become the embodiment
of the seven deadly sins.

Then.. when the truth finally dawns
and you realize what awaits you,
it is too late.
You don't even have anymore
voice to scream or tears to shed.

While you're staring at me
with the mixture of fear, anguish, and fury
I just smile and walk away.
Because to me you are nothing but a flower
meant to be discarded
once you wither and die.

The night wears on and
I care not, for there are still
more flowers in the garden
waiting to be picked.
